To honor this guarantee the Buyer agrees to the following:
Buyer(s) must have the new puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery/pick up. Seller must be informed immediately of the examination result by email or by fax. Failure to do this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee. Puppy is given a three (3) day health warranty against fatal viruses such as Distemper, Parvo & Corona and a one-year warranty on severe genetic health defects that expires one year from the date of birth of the puppy. If the Buyer(s) wishes to seek warranty, he/she must bring their canine to a qualified board certified veterinarian, before the expiration of the warranty and submit to us in writing the proper medical documentation within two weeks of the alleged diagnostic visit. Should the dog expire, an autopsy must be performed and cause of death to be determined from a pre-existing congenital condition. All findings must be submitted to TPAT within two weeks of the autopsy. All of these diagnostic veterinary visits are the sole financial responsibility of the Buyer(s).
TPAT reserves the right to seek a second opinion in any and all cases wherein the Buyer(s) seeks to utilize this warranty. This warranty is applicable only to the Buyer and is not transferable to any third party. The Buyer(s) agrees that the remedies listed below are the only remedies available.
If the Buyer(s) meets the necessary conditions for warranty, TPAT agrees to a one-time puppy replacement with a puppy of equal quality and value at which time TPAT is reasonably able. If a puppy of a higher value is chosen, Buyer(s) must pay the difference. The Buyer(s) bears the responsibility for shipping the dog to TPAT should he/she seek puppy replacement. Should the Buyer(s) decide to keep his/her canine, TPAT does not offer refunds on money paid and the Buyer(s) accepts further responsibility for any medical expenses for the canine. This warranty is null and void if the Buyer has failed to comply with the terms of the warranty or has shown negligence or abuse in the care of his/her dog.
TPAT is under no obligation to honor warranty/guarantee if this puppy has not been seen by a board licensed veterinarian within said time of three (3) business days of purchase/delivery date. This health guarantee is Non-Transferable. SELLER/BREEDER ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY EXPENSES INCURRED BY PURCHASER, whether vet charges or any other expenses. Seller reserves the right to refuse sale to anyone at anytime.
