The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content of this contract and its satisfaction. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any contract.

The following contract specifics are just a brief overview. The full contract will be provided upon request.

All Pet puppies will be sold with Limited registration with a spay/neuter agreement.

Full registration is offered on Show Prospect puppies only. Show prospects are Dogs which require special responsibilities on behalf of the Buyer and appropriate health testing done prior to any breeding (OFA/AVCO).

This depends on the individual agreement between buyer and seller.

Take Back Policy:
Any of our puppies may be returned, at any time in their life to us, no questions asked. We do require if you wish to place the puppy in a different home (other than ours), that we approve that home to make sure it is a suitable placement.
