We mainly sell our havanese with a limited registration, meaning they are not able to be shown in a conformation ring and are required to be spayed/neutered around the ages of 6 months- 10 months of age. Sometimes, we sell puppies for show. If they are sold as show/breeding potentials, we maintain co-ownership until they get their championships and have been fully health tested. We also do not allow the puppy to be bred until they are 2 years old and have had ALL their recommended health tests performed, including having normal results. New Owners are required to register the puppy's microchip with the FaustHouse being one of the contacts. Puppies will be micro-chipped and registered by the breeder at FaustHouse. This is a legal registered name that distinguishes our puppies from others. By 10 months of age, owner's must submit a copy of the spay/neuter procedure note documenting that the puppy has been altered. If not, there is a fine, payable to the kennel along with surrender of the pet.
