Poop is coming out of his butt constantly but everytime he really tries to poop only a little bit comes out. And when I check his butt, poop is still coming out very little by little and his butt bulges like he has alot of poop and needa to go. The poop looks normal not hard. Ia he constipated or is something wrong with him? He is a 10 week old yorkie. Please help!
