My advice would be of course to take her to your vet. Spinal issues can be very serious. I would also advise putting ramps or cushion up to the furniture and not allowing her to jump down off of anything that is more than a few inches high. This could be compressing the spinal cord by stressing the spine. Please take her to your vet right away!
