Buyer is paying ___________ for the amount of ear cropping. Shipping and ear cropping are nonrefundable as they are contracted by a third party arranged by Confidential Kennels. I agree that I will not breed my puppy until he or she is two years of age and OFA or Pin Hip- Hip, Elbow and heart certified.
I also agree that I will not breed my puppy unless he or she has either earned a working or confirmation title form a recognized Kennel Club or the Dog / Bitch I choose to breed my dog/bitch to has earned a working or confirmation title from a recognized kennel club. I also agree that I will place the kennel name, “Confidential’s”, on all registration preceding the puppies name showing recognition to Confidential Kennels for whelping the puppy. I agree that if I choose to purchase a female and breed her I will allow Confidential Kennels third pick in her first litter if five or more puppies are born at no cost. Confidential kennels will cover shipping for the future puppy if that may occur.
