Puppies leaving our kennel are guarantee to be healthy. However, if your puppy should develop health problems within 72 hours after purchase please contract us immediately.
If Buyer is not satisfied with their puppy within 30 days after purchase they will receive a full refund or a replacement puppy, if one is available, but this will only apply if the puppy is returned to us in the same condition he/she was in prior to leaving our kennel.
In the untimely death of a puppy due to genetic defect (this only applies within the first 40 months) the Buyer will receive a replacement puppy, but only if a veterinarian, after conducting an autopsy, (at the Buyers expensive) confirms cause of death was due to genetic abnormality. The cost of shipping, crate, and health certificate for the replacement puppy will be the Buyers responsibility.
Our dogs and bitches are checked yearly by a certified ophthalmologist for any inherited eye defects and the results are then sent to Cerf (Canine Eye Foundation of America). Our dogs and bitches have their hips x-ray and examined by a veterinarian at the age of two and certified by the OFA (Orthopedic Foundation of America).
We only use stud dogs whose eyes are clear of cataracts and certified by Cerf and whose hips are either excellent, good, or fair and certified by the OFA.
