The seller, Riegelz Cockers warrants that this cocker spaniel puppy is in good health and free from disease (including parvo) and/or genetic defect . A detailed health record will be given to the Buyer at the time of delivery with record of shot, worming and other treatments given to the puppy being purchased. Buyer is responsible for continued vaccinations and must be documented by a veterinarian. FAILURE TO CONTINUE WITH VACCINATION SCHEDULE AND/ OR ROUTINE MEDICAL CARE WILL VOID THIS AGREEMENT. This agreement is also voided if any type of abuse and/or neglect is evident or can be shown to exist or have existed. This agreement does not cover accidental injury or death.
Riegelz Cockers will replace the puppy if it has been determined to have a genetic defect that would cause death of the puppy. A genetic defect is described as an illness/disease that is life threatening and would cause death of the puppy or the puppy would need to be euthanized. Allergies, thyroid dysfunctions, umbilical hernias, cherry eye, cataracts or any autoimmune disorders that may be caused by environmental factors are not covered. Skin or ear problems that may develop are not covered and parasites, internal or external, or parvo virus are not covered. None of these conditions are hereditary and care for them are the responsibility of the buyer. No refunds are given under any circumstances and no replacement will be given without documentation by a licensed veterinarian with diagnosis. If a replacement is agreed upon, buyer will have to wait until one becomes available. Documentation and all vet expenses incurred are the responsibility and the buyer. Riegelz Cockers reserves the right to have a second opinion by their veterinarian or a veterinarian of their choice for any congenital illnesses.
Riegelz Cockers is not responsible for any illnesses/diseases that the puppy could acquire after puppy is in possession of Buyer and all Veterinarion expenses are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Riegelz Cockers is to be notified if this animal is in need of placement or is no longer desired by the buyer. If breeder agrees to take back the animal, it will be at no charge to the breeder. Failure to do so may result in legal action to reclaim possession of said animal, and buyer agrees to be held responsible for any and all costs incurred by the breeder to do so.
This puppy is sold as a pet and is to be spayed/neutered by a licensed veterinarian by the age of 6 months. This puppy is not to be used for breeding and is sold with Limited Registration from AKC. AKC registration papers will be mailed within 30 days after receipt of statement from veterinarian that puppy has been spayed/neutered.
WE HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE ABOVE AGREEMENT. ANY VIOLATION, INFRACTION AND/OR BREACH OF THIS CONTRACT WILL CONSTITUTE THE IMMEDIATE RETURN OF SAID DOG AND HIS/HER AKC PAPERS SIGNED OVER TO THE BREEDER WITHOUT A REFUND TO THE PURCHASER
