Snowbound Schnauzers
Snowbound's Guarantee to you and a Snowbound baby.
All Snowbound babies under one year of age comes with a 5 year health guarantee against all life threatening genetic defects. This does not include careless or accidental injury or death to the puppy. Breeder ask if new family does not work, they are to bring the schnauzer back, and the breeder will find a new home, this protects the puppy and they can still receive this health guarantee. The breeder does not pay the owner until she/he sells the puppy. They will only receive the amount the baby was sold for minus any vet bills, breeder will have receipts for such services. If by chance this is overlooked, breeder does have option to take LEGAL ACTION against the owner.
I do not guarantee any Snowbound schnauzer that has been given leptospirosis or has been DEBARKED (vocal cords cut).
If your dog, during the first five years of age is found to have a serious life threatening genetic defect, return him to us (at buyer’s expense) with: the registration papers, vet records showing where dog has had regular vet care and inoculations, along with a written explanation from a licensed vet stating defect, and he will be replaced at no charge as soon as another pup of the same gender is available. Any vet bills incurred to diagnose or repair a problem will be the responsibility of the buyer. Note: owner does have option on keeping the schnauzer and getting another one, however we will not pay for the care of the schnauzer and you do have to provide the schnauzer at the time so our vet can check his health prior to getting another schnauzer.
Policy on Pickup day. If puppy is not picked up on dates listed there is a $ 10.00 per day plus half down on regular pick up time. The remaining balance due when you arrive. If the puppy is due for shots during our boarding that will be added at the time of pickup. No refunds are ever given on deposits, and only a replacement puppy if something should happen to your puppy.
Should this puppy be falsely identified as spayed/neutered, and then bred or registered under another registry (ANY other registry other than AKC.), buyer agrees to pay the seller for the full registration price of $3,500, and also agrees to surrender the AKC papers as well as the dog. I, the buyer, agree to willingly surrender and deliver (whether by flight or in person) the above stated dog to Snowbound Schnauzers should I falsely identify this dog as altered or register this dog under any other registration. If litigation is necessary to enforce any of the provisions of this agreement, it must be resolved in sellers venue (Madison County, Kentucky). The prevailing party shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney fees. _________

This guarantee is valid only to the original owner and void if resold or given away.
All dogs sold are sold as “pet quality” and are not guaranteed for showing or breeding.
All dogs are sold with Limited AKC registration and has to be neutered or spayed by 7 months old, unless stated by breeder or this guarantee is void. We void this guarantee if your schnauzer is not up to date on shots and very overweight, since overweight animals have health issues.
We do not guarantee size.
