Purchaser Agrees To The Following Conditions:
Your new puppy is guaranteed to be free from congenital defects for 1 year from the date of birth. If your puppy is found to have life threatening congenital defects you must supply us within 7 days of diagnosis with your veterinarian's written report. We reserve the right to have the diagnosis verified by another veterinarian of our choice before exchange. The puppy would then be replaced with one of equal value and same sex as soon as available. An exchange will be given only upon receipt of the puppy (uninjured or harmed) and the report from a licensed veterinarian. The breeder is not responsible for any expenses incurred. Any shipping expenses for returning or sending the new puppy would be at the buyer's expense.
Your puppy has been on a de-worming and vaccination schedule when you receive it. It is very important that you provide this information to your veterinarian immediately. Worming and vaccinations, including yearly boosters, must continue on a regular basis or contract is void.
The buyer agrees to take good care of the puppy and provide adequate food, water, housing, and medical care. The buyer agrees to follow the breeder’s recommendations regarding feeding, exercise, and general care.
No guarantee is made as to disposition, conformation, or breeding ability.
We require a $300.00 (NON-RUFUNDABLE ) deposit
Puppy must be paid in-full by puppy age 6 weeks old. If your puppy is not paid in-full by 6 1/2 weeks old then you give up all rights to said puppy and all money paid on puppy.Puppy then will be placed up for adoption .
Puppies may go home around 8 weeks old.
Puppies may be shipped around 9 weeks old.(shipped puppies may have some baording fees).
Shipping fee $450.00
Ear cropping is available $600.00. (this is for ear crop ,puppy must stay with us for 1 week for vet after care ,all meds and 1 week baording fee.)
Ear crop must be paid for 1 week before we have puppies ears cropped.
We must receive shipping payment in full before your puppy will be shipped or picked up.If your puppy is not paid for infull by 7 weeks old you giveup all your rights to the puppy and all paid money on puppy.
Breeder is bound by this agreement to original buyer only.
NOTE: We do not refund deposits at any time , we do not refund paid money for puppies at any time ,we do not pay vet bills or any other bill for your puppy at any time.

Rain Storm Dobermans Registration.
REGISTRATION:Seller certifies that the puppy is eligible for registration with the American Kennel Club (AKC) as a purebred Doberman Pinscher.
a)All Puppies WILL carry the RAIN STORM name in there AKC papers.
b) AKC puppy/dog Registration papers will be held on all PET PUPPIES by Cherie Smith until the Certificate of Spay/Neuter is returned. At such time, AKC transfer paperwork will be sent to Buyer so that they may register the puppy in their name.
c) AKC puppy/dog Registration papers will be turned over to buyer date of sale on all FULL Registration puppies/dogs..
d) All puppies sold as pet puppies will be sold with LIMITED AKC Registration papers (no breeding rights) you may show your puppy/dog in all show but the breed /conforamtion ring.
e)All puppies sold as show/working/breeding prospects will be sold with FULL AKC Registration papers (breeding rights).

Rain Storm Dobermans Spay/neuter program . (pet puppies only)
a) Buyer will have the puppy spayed/neutered by the age of eight months. Seller will provide a Certificate of Spay/Neuter to be filled out by Buyer’s veterinarian. Certificate must be returned to Seller following sterilization to get your puppies/dog AKC registration papers.
b) Failure to spay/neuter the puppy constitutes a breech of contract. A fine of $1000 will be paid by Buyer for violation of contract. The puppy will be returned to Seller, no replacement shall be given, no money refunded.

Please Note :
Should this puppy or adult dog not work out in the buyer(s) household for any reason,
be it family, health problems, allergies of the buyer(s) or their children, divorce, moving, birth of a child, or non fullfillment of contractual obligations of buyer(s); the puppy/adult is to be returned immediately to the breeder(s) with no arguements or exceptions.
Should the puppy/adult be returned to the breeder(s) for any reason, then this will be done at no expense or cost to the breeder(s). Buyer(s) will pay any and all actual expenses for the return of this puppy/adult to the breeder(s) residence. All monies received for placing this puppy/adult in another household will be kept by the breeder(s).
Both bitch/dog puppies: If advertised, breeder(s) names/kennel names be included in advertisement.
(If you move from your home and state at anytime you must contact breeder of new address and phone numbers and email.
Buyer(s) accepts full responsibility for proper care of said puppy/adult once it leaves the breeder(s).
This contract is void unless the signatures of the Seller and Buyer are present on each document in the Contract Package . No puppy/dog will be shipped/picked-up until the Contract Package is completed, signed, and returned to Seller. Seller will retain a copy of the Contract Package and provide a copy to Buyer.
