Seller guarantees that this dog is a purebred German Shorthair Pointer, offspring of the previously mentioned Sire and Dam.
Buyer certifies that he/she is not acting as an agent for another individual in the purchase of this dog, and will not sell this dog to ANY mass producing kennel (puppy mill) or business.
The purchaser promises to keep this dog in a proper manner, well fed, well watered and current on his/her vaccinations. It shall not be kept permanently in a kennel without proper exercise and family interactive. If problems arise concerning keeping or training this dog or if dog becomes seriously ill, the buyer agrees to consult the breeder. If it should prove necessary for the dog to change hands, the breeder has prior purchase rights before selling this dog to another party. Selling this dog to a third party is permissible only after a consultation with the breeder, whereby the main consideration being to ensure the dog is passed on to responsible owners. This puppy has been bred by us and
has been carefully and painstakingly reared. The parent animals were mated with the aim of breeding good and healthy puppies. Seller guarantees this dog to be free of communicable diseases as appears to the eye at the time of sale. Seller agrees to have all puppies vet checked after birth. Puppy shots will be given, tails docked and dew claws removed. Should this dog be found ill health and the cause of which is clearly attributable to the breeder within 26 months of age and this is stated by a licensed veterinarian and in written documentation, this dog is required to be returned to seller for a refund of purchase price or another dog of equal value, the choice to be determined by seller. Seller may also take said dog for a second veterinarian opinion.
Buyer agrees to feed this puppy, large breed puppy food until the recommended age of removal, recommended by the puppy food manufacturer. Puppy food is designed for puppies to ensure that they grow at a proper rate. Feeding too high of a performance food, before a pup is matured may promote rapid growth which is not healthy for a dogs bones and hips.
If buyer is considering breeding this pup, OFA Hip certification must be done between the age of 24-26 months of age to ensure an accurate reading.
No other warranties are expressed or implied unless explained by seller.
Buyer releases seller, Julie & Mark Sweeney and their estate from any and all liabilities, and/or damages by fault of this dog after the time of sale. These damages include, but are not limited to, destruction of property and or physical damage to any person or group of people.
