Questions
How did you decide on a Tibetan Terrier as the "right" breed for you?
We request that all our puppies be enrolled in Puppy Kindergarten. Are you prepared to attend this class and others if needed? This is a wonderful opportunity to extend soialization for your puppy and to help train you as the new owner.
Yes      No
Who will have primary responsibility for the puppy? Does this person have dog experience? Tibetans do best with structure and firm but loving guidance! They can be similar to a toddler in testing the boundaries.
A 9-10 week old puppy requires a lot of attention. They will still be eating 3 meals a day and need frequent trips outside. Will there be someone at home during the day? If not, what type of arrangements will you make to care for the puppy while you are gone?
Do you have a fenced in yard? While not necessary, it makes house training much easier and gives the puppy a place to expend their excess energy!
Yes      No
Are there children in the house? If so, what are their ages? Tibetans are good with good children.
Lastly... If this is going to be a family pet, does EVERYONE in the family agree to the puppy? If no, explain the hesitations.
