PURCHASE AGREEMENT

HEALTH GUARANTEE:
This Said Dog is guaranteed to be in good health, to the best of our knowledge, at the time of this agreement, and has had inoculations against distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parainfluenza and canine parvovirus.
You the buyer have a health guarantee up to five (5) days, beginning from the date the purchaser obtains possession of Said Dog. Said Dog must be taken to a licensed veterinarian within this time period. If the licensed veterinarian observes anything seriously wrong with Said Dog then Said Dog will be replaced with another Dog of equal or greater value of Buyer’s choice, when available, provided a letter from examining licensed veterinarian is offered as evidence of Said Dog’s illness and this Said Dog is to be returned along with its registration papers within the guaranteed period as stated above. It is further agreed and understood that no monies are to be refunded and the exchange must be made within the five (5) days period as previously stated. The seller assumes no responsibility for the Dog after Said Dog leaves the seller’s premises, such as, medical bills, disagreement with the landlord and/or family members or for any reason not specified under the health guarantee.
Said Dog is guaranteed up to one year from date of birth against any congenital defect or disease. If a licenses veterinarian diagnosis Said Dog as having a condition that dates back to the prenatal or fetal stage and Said Dog is returned to seller along with registration papers and a written letter from Said veterinarian, the Said Dog will be replaced with a Dog or puppy of equal or greater value, when available.

The above written contract has been carefully read, understood and agreed upon by both the buyer and seller. Furthermore, there have been no other guarantees promised or implied by the Seller or Buyer.
