Health Guarantee: Our guarantees are only implied between the breeder & the original buyer, not to a 3rd party. This pup is being sold as a family pet & is a good representation of its breed, but is not showable in the conformation show ring nor is it being sold as a breedable dog. To the best of my knowledge the pup is in good health at the time of sale & has received it’s 1st sets of shots on
__/__/08. The pup has had a fecal analysis done to insure the absence of worms & puppy hood diseases. Future vet visits by the buyer should include further worming & the balance of booster shots that are needed & any other needed medical treatment to keep the pup in optimum health. The health & care of the pup become the responsibility of the buyer at the time of sale. I will not be held responsible for the death or illness or any incurred vet bills of the pup due to improper care or treatment from the date of purchase forth. Neglect in worming, inoculations or nutrition will nullify any & all guarantees. If a life threatening birth defect is found other than cosmetic (i.e. non erect ears, missing tooth, umbilical hernia, tail kink, etc.),which deems it unsuitable as a pet within the first year of the pup's birth, pup will be replaced with one of equal value of same sex from next available litter or up to 2 years from time of diagnosis.In order to have the pup replaced, the buyer must do the following: “Salhaus” must be kept in pup’s original registered name. Bring the vet’s diagnosis (certificate), pup, & all paperwork back to me. I will have my vet perform a second diagnosis. If both diagnosis’ concur, I will replace the pup with one of equal value. No money will be refunded. If pup is ever bred, guarantee is void. Do not take the pup into parks, pet stores, or other public places until at least 4 months of age. Keep risk of exposure to parvo, corona, kennel cough, etc (all communicable diseases) to a minimum! I do not guarantee against communicable diseases!
Hip Guarantee: This pup is guaranteed to be free of moderate or severe (crippling) hip dysplasia up to the age of 25 months. If pup is bred intentionally or accidentally, all guarantees are void. If this pup is found to have hereditary hip dysplasia at 25 months, I will replace the pup with one of equal value of same sex from next available litter or up to 2 years from diagnosis. This guarantee does not cover dysplasia due to injury or improper nutrition or environmental conditions. If pup has not been x-rayed or diagnosed by the time pup reaches 25 months, all guarantees are void. In order to have the pup replaced, the buyer must do the following: “Salhaus” must be kept in pup’s original registered name. Have pup x-rayed by a licensed veterinarian. The diagnosis must be signed with his license & telephone number, & returned to breeder. The x-ray must be mailed to OFA for grading. A copy of the grade must be mailed to the breeder along with pup's AKC papers, along with an explanation of the buyers intents regarding the pup. Communication must be kept open between buyer & breeder. Abnormal results are not to be published on the OFA database unless approved by breeder. If the buyer does not wish to keep the pup, he must be returned to the breeder at the buyer's expense. If the buyer wishes to keep the pup, he must have it spayed or neutered & provide a letter of verification from his licensed veterinarian to the breeder. All expenses for the above mentioned procedures are the sole responsibility of the buyer. After all the above procedures have been completed, the breeder will then proceed with pup replacement. No money will be refunded. Any & all additional shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. By signing this bill of sale you the buyer, show agreement to all terms of the contract & are satisfied w/ the condition of the pup.

1.First shot provided by litter owner at ___ weeks of age. Additional boosters to be given every 3 weeks thereafter until pup reaches 16 weeks (or 4 months.) At 4 months, rabies to be given also. Keep pup out of the public until all shots have been given!!
2.Pup wormed with Nemex (pyrantel pamoate) at 2, 3, 4, & 6 weeks for roundworm, continue on worming program per vet.
3.Pup has been fed all natural Kirkland Nutra Nuggets Lamb & Rice adult maintenance kibble, available at Costco. It is a meat (lamb) base without any additives. It has a protein content of 25% and a fat content of 15%. It also has a glucosamine supplement for the aid in development of correct bone/joint formation. Continue pup on that formula, or on one comparable to it.
4.Make sure to register your pup with the AKC registry before its first birthday.

The balance due of $1050 + $375 shipping fees (if they apply, which includes airline fare, crate, & health cert) to be paid when the pup reaches 6 weeks of age, with money order or cashiers check. If pup is not paid for at that time, deposit is forfeited, pup then to be resold.
