I would like to know if the whippets is a good breed if one suffers from allergies to cats and dogs?

Yes they are. They have no dander and very little shedding. I was raised with mutts and was always suffering with allergies. I meet my first whippet on a snow night at a friend house, I fell in love for the first time with the breed.
