I have got a male rotweiler four months old,its hairs are becoming curly,does it mean the breed is not good ?

hello,
It might suggest his coat is long and curly. This is not correct. Well bred rottweilers should not have this characteristic. If you did not purchase him from a Code Of Ethics breeder - these things happen.
