My dog harley is some where between 3-5 I cant remember because he was an outside dog for years cause we found him and he was never shown any love.. Can he still be trained

I would say yes but I guess it depends on what kinda of training that your wanting to do. I can also say that it is going to take a lot of time and understanding and most of all a lot of Love, but I still think that he can be trained
