Is there a dermatitis that is more common in Bichon Frise dogs than other breeds? Buddy is 13 months old. Itching his paws downs to raw meat. He is under a VET's. care with a cone on Buddy's head. I just don't believe this is caused by his food. I am deeply concerned for him. Please help if possible. Carol
