I am a twelve year old boy that wants a dog that just will follow me around and be a good friend. I would like to play Frisbee with it every day if possible. I am wondering if an Australian Sheperd is right for me.

It sounds like an Aussie mya be a dog for you, but there is alot more to an aussie than just play. They need alot of excercise (mentally and physicaly) and they need to be socialized with different people/dogs/situations. Aussies are extremely inteligent and loyal dogs, the perfect best friend for a 12 year old boy to play frisbee with and to love.
