can my dog breed if she has a herniaa ?

I would not recomend it. Most dogs that have a hernia problem are either spayed before placing or sold on a spay/neuter contract. You do not want to breed that because it can be inherited and passed on. She can also risk having it riped open if it was fixed before hand. Did you buy her as a breeder, from a breeder?? Most people will not sell them as a breeder with a hernia.
