it sounds like your dachshund has an ear infection. If their ears are not kepted clean and dry from water they get an YEAST infection . You can get medicine from your vet. Do it very soon as it gets worse.

Your Dachshund may also have ear mites, do take your boy to the vet a.s.a.p., don't let him suffer with it.
