When Bitch is in season her glands are larger, how long it takes for glands to come back to normal size?

It sounds like you don't have idea about dog been in season.

Her vulva will return to normal size when she comes out of season. Usually about 21 days.

Obiously i know more than you about a bitch in season. I know enough to know she has NO glands that swell...while in season.
Her vulva will swell. Her mammary area will swell, if she is either pregnant or having a false pregnancy, but this is after she has come out of season.
Perhaps you need to get some books on whelping, and dog anatomy..and do some reading.
