My yorkie has had blood in his stool and vomit for the past couple of days and won't eat very much. What is wrong with him?? Did he eat something perhaps?

Oh Yikes! that sounds alot like Parvo. It can be deadly. Worms can also cause bloody stools and also can be quite dangerous. Get that puppy to the vet! Best of luck.
