My Yorkie, Buttons, has dry skin and what look like little blisters on her stomach. She's 5. I've made a vet. appt. Just wondering if anyone has seen anything like this.

This could be a reaction to flea bites. The vet will be able to identify the problem and recommend a treatment plan.
