Is it possible that my almost 2 year old female has never been in heat ? She has behaved strangely a few times in her life, like peeing in inappropriate places, and licking herself a lot, but no bleeding.

there is a condition called dry heat...If that is the case you will need to have your own male to breed her ...he will know when its time...
