hi my name islauren and i took my yorkie to the vet and they said she might be pregnant. butthey said it also could be something called false pregnancy can you tell me how to tell if she is pregnant or not. is there any signs i can watch for?

My Yorkie is extremely loving and lazy for the first 5-6 weeks, she vomited several times in the mornings, then around 7 wks she "showed" a little pouch on her abdomen, started eating much more, more energy again, and her nipples changed--a tiny bit larger and a bit darker, at 8 wks her abdomen widens, at nine pups are born. Average litter 2-3 puppies.
