I would love to adopt a yorkie pup of course, I realize, for a fee. Is this possible? I tried local shelters and save-a-pet.com. nothing. . .
I'd even be willing to adopt an older yorkie if that was all that was available. Got any advice?

There are several yorkie rescue organizations on the web. This can be a great place to adopt a pet but make sure you are up to some health issues as many have not been properly cared for over their previous lives. This in mind, a rescued dog can still give much pleasure and love to their new owners.
