Our little Westie recently developed Dry Eye Condition. It seem to come on very fast and the shimmer test shows absolutely no tears. She is being treated with antibodiacs, eye drops and ointments. One eye partially closed now and we are looking at possible surgery. Anyone experienced this in Westies, and what can be done
