My 8yr. old weimi has been diagnosed with lympho sarcoma (Cancer of the lymph-nodes). He has experienced rapid weight loss and a lack of appetite. Our vet has put him on a strong dose of prednisone in hopes that it can trigger remission and we could start therapy with convential human cancer drugs. This has had little effects and he continues to lose weight. Has anyone experienced this with their dogs, and is there more that can be done? Thanks
