A Visitor asked the following question on 1/12/2005
I am looking into a corgi. I'm wondering how they behave left alone. he/she would be left for about 9 hours/day. Do they tend to dig, bark, chew? Will be left in a dog run with access to the garage. I also live on a farm wirh cows, chickens, cats, pigs. Will they hurt the small animals or only herd them such as the cats and chickens?

They need a toy, which I supply when a person gets a corgi or any other pet from me, they will herd your small animals, usually very good with them, never had one to hurt another animal, do not put two or more corgi males together, they truly are territorial ..
