I have a toy poodle she is almost one year old. She has not had a heat cycle yet. Do they mature later? My maltese come in at six months.She will be 1 in Nov.

I have had several poodles not come into heat until after one year of age. This is not unheard of. And I didnt have any problems with fetility issues either.
