What health issues should I be watching for? He was a stray found with a collar, no id. He sleeps alot is all they said of him. Very sweet, not afraid, and took to me very well, even licked me. I am a woman. Also, what is a good diet for him?

7 years is not old for a toy poodle, you can watch for the eyes and the knees, let the vet check him over and let him take an x ray for the knees
Eukanuba senior for small dogs is very healthy
