my toy poodle is very hyper,she runs around the house very fast and I wounder what is wrong with her. Is that something that I have to worry about?

I imagine she is still very young, and thts the way of exercise some dogs do
you always can a vet check out if she is hyper active, but I think she just gets rid of her energy that way
