My poodle bear acts likes his hind legs hurt. He won't "dance" and is having problems going up the stairs. I don't see any obvious problems or injuries.

Make sure to take him to the vet . You will need to limit his use of the leg and they may want to give him medication to relax him and the pain . If he will ot walk up stairs or do the things he normally does he is in discomfort .This kind of injury can progress without treatment .With treatment and rest it can heal up with no further trouble .If you do not want to take him to the vet . Limit this use of the leg .If it does not improve in 3 to 4 days you should take him in . You really should take him in now.I hope he has already healed up for you ~
