I have several teacup& tiny toy Poodles and have several children under 5 years old. None of our Poodles have ever had a broken leg or has been hurt in any way even with the rough housing with our toddlers. You just need to keep an eye that your Poodle does not try to jump off something that is to tall or that he/she gets dropped. This may also be a problem of frail bones in the dogs genetics....
