I'm considering taking an acquaintences 1 yr old Samoyed. she says the dog is chewing because she is gone too much. Is this a Samoyed downfall, puppy activity or boredom?

I'm not sure if she is chewing her legs or chewing on furniture,etc. If she is chewing on things in the house then the best and safest way to leave any dog is to put her in a crate. This saves your house and safer for your dog
