A Visitor asked the following question on 3/12/2005
He is 7 months old and as it starts to get dark he hides under the sofa best that I can tell he is scared of the light of the tv reflecting on pictures, windows and ceiling fan he still seems a little nervous in day light but he is terrified at night we have tried to show him that it wont hurt him with no luck any ideas?

take him for walks, play in the dark and have no pity for his fear because you just have to convey everything's fine, normal, just muted. He may have vision problems that keep him from seeing in low light, but if he's okay around just light from tv, that may not be it, either. Don't react to his fear cause you can't relate to it...if ya know what I mean.
