Do Shih Tzu puppies snore alot I heard they do?

the breed has sinus cavities that are tiny and parallel to soft tissue in throat that vibrates causing snore. If pup's nostrils are not round, see vet about procedure to open more breezeway. Not a big deal - day surgery and easy heal.
