8 months ago I adopted a well cared for 11 year old Sheltie. He has fast become the love of my life. The only thing bad about him is his breath. I had his teeth cleaned about a month after I adopted him but that hasn't helped. Any suggestions?

he is reacting to the food you feed him. Change to a better quality food. And add raw carrots to his diet. They are a breath freshener.
