My husky had a bad 'hot spot' on his face and the vet had to shave the whole area. That was over a year ago. It healed and the fur grew back but ever since the skin there has been almost blackish and flaky and the fur has a pinkish/redish tinge to it. The area doesn't seem to bother him at all and I haven't paid it much attention, but recently it's started to look a lot worse all of a sudden. Anyone ever heard of something like this?
