I have a male 10month old and a female 15months old, they are not blood related. They will not come when you call them so they are not allowed off their runs. I have been to puppy training with the female and it really had no affect on her. They mostly just want each other. Although they are very loving with people. What is the best way to train my dogs to come? or listen to me at all?

If youhave a PetSmart near you, take one dog through the programs all the way though advanced obedience. They will teach you off leash obedience. It costs a whopping 99 bucks to solve your problem. Best wishes.
