i was wondering is the mother of the litter could breed with her son?

7/5/06 Some show breeders do inline breeding, but has to be very very select. It would have to be done very very carefully. I would not recommend inline breeding because it can accentuate the bad qualities in a dog. I never do inline breeding because of all of the bad qualities it can bring out if you are not careful. It is best to breed to another not related if you are wanting a puppy out of your dog. Wendy

7/9/06 We call the inbreeding and it's not a good idea to do or allow to happen for the health of the puppies. If your girl has been bred by her son, I recommend you see your vet about having her spayed before it is too late. Sheri

2/18/07 This breed is inbred enough.... You would do much better to use an outsde stud. Hetrosis is far better for producing a stable dog in genetic terms. Are your Dogs OFA'd or CERF'd?? Make sure that is done before you even considder breeding.
