We have a Rhodesian Ridgeback that is having problems with his front legs and the tendons not being strong enough to hold his body weight up. They flop over towards the front. Has anyone else experienced this with their dog?

12/9/05 I have not had any mediacal problems with any of my dogs or pups. My suggestions is to contact your breeder and vet. They should be able to help you out Good Luck Alyson

1/22/06 It sounds like you may have a case of Panno. See your vet and if it IS Panno (an inflammation partially caused by too-rapid growth, sometimes due to continuing 100% Puppy food too long.) Go to Sandra Fikes' site (Google her name) and she has very good advice on feeding. Judy
