The pup could have an upper respiratory infection. I would take it to the vet. Also, make sure the puppy at least gets a supplement like Nutri-Cal to make sure that the pup does not become hypogylcemic on top of everything else. Try giving the puppy plain flavored pedialite also, keep pup hydrated and you really should go to the vet.
