First and foremost, if you haven't already, you'll want to have a full bloodwork and checkup done by your vet - it's not normal for a Pom to vomit often at all and could mean there is a serious underlying problem. Once the vet has giving you dog a clean bill of health, you may want to experiment with some of the very high quailty dog foods out there (PetGuard is one of the best, available in health food stores - they also have a website). Also, your Pom may be over eating - try to see how much food she's eating, as some have a tendancy to over eat. The all raw food diet is also a good option to try - if you do a search on the internet for B.A.R.F. you can find information out on this diet.

I would go to Walmart and get some cat hairball medicine and give her a inch for 3 days.Poms eat everything and she could have fuzz and hair in her tummy.If this does not stop the vomiting I would see my Vet..Good Luck.
