My pom puppy is 3 months old, and we've noticed that her tail isn't as fluffy as pom's tails that we see usually are. I was just wondering if anyone knows if her tail will fluff up anytime soon.

Your Pom is probably in the beginning stages of the uglies (where they loose their baby coat and get their adult coat). The uglies last until they're about 8-9 months of age - Everything should fluff right up at that time.
