Hello,
It depends on the child and the Pomeranian. We would allow you to buy a puppy from us if your child is mentally mature to realize how to handle a small size dog. The child must also be mature enough to realize that puppy's need their rest so they can't be played with all the time. We would also request to meet with you and your child to observe how you both act with our own Pomeranians. Every breeder is different so be sure to ask about their policies. Hope this helps.
