My pom just had puppies this morning and I didn't even know she was pregnant! She is acting very normal and the two pups seem fine. They are going to her breast. I just don't know what I should do next in order to take care of them. Please Help!!!

Make sure you have her on a good quality food, I recommend Eukunaba small bite puppy. Give her a spoon of cottage cheese each day to assist with her calcium levels. Keep plenty of clean fresh water down for her. I find they eat better if you soak the food in hot water about an hour before feeding. Don't take the pups away from her until 7 to 8 weeks, and prefer 10-12. Pups will start eatting food 4-6 weeks, and make sure it is good quality puppy gruel and then soaked puppy food.
