I have a pom that will not carry her puppies full term is there any thing medically that can be done she eats Innova puppy food look it up on the website it is VERY HEALTHY all human grade ingredients and a complete diet and I baby her she usually miscarries at about 52 days is there anything I can do

Unless she is extremely valuable to your breeding program then i would reccomend spaying her as multiple miscarriages is very very tough on the body. She could also possibly, depending on whats causing the miscarriages, pass it on to her female offspring. I am not aware of any medical procedure or medicine that can prevent miscarriage.
