Can you breed a father & daughter pomeranians together?

Inbreeding and line breeding should be left to extremely experienced educated breeders not to someone that needs to ask if it can be done. It comes with risks and should only be done with show dogs to try to bring out certain aspects to near perfection. It does not always turn out nicely and should therefore be left to the experts!!
